Service charges, applicable surcharges and payment arrangements are shown on the booking page or in a written quotation. Please check them before paying. We accept credit cards, bank transfers and FPS; bank transfer and FPS payments require verification. Our services cover all 18 districts of Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
Basic cleaning tools: vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, bucket, extendable window cleaning brush, towels (at least 4), scouring pad, gloves, etc. Basic cleaning agents: Diane-Clean, Blue Detergent, Green Detergent, bleach, Dettol, and Clean & Shine, etc.
Walking-distance, outside-hours, outlying-island, equipment and other add-on charges depend on the selected service and plan; the same amounts do not apply to every service. For monthly or multi-worker bookings, check the actual visits, staffing and units charged against the itemised breakdown or written quotation provided before payment.
Single service is a one-time cleaning service; monthly service is a fixed monthly cleaning service, with the option to choose weekly cleaning frequency and enjoy a more favorable price.
